Fridays with Franky: Our Special Events

Happy Friday friends! I always look forward to Friday’s, but you know what else I look forward to? The special events we have here at camp!

Every day after dinner there is always an evening event to look forward to. These can be anything from a cabin night, activity night, or an exciting all-camp event like a campfire! Bring on the marshmallows!

One of my FAVORITE special events is when we have “Lazy Morning”. “Lazy Morning” is just that! Everyone is not in a rush, which means you can go to breakfast anytime you wake up (even with your bedhead and PJ’s if you want)! Some other mornings we have a “Free Play” morning where you can do whatever activity you would like.

What I look forward to most every session, is the last day! The final full day of camp is the showcase. During the showcase day we feature all that everyone has done during the session such as performances by dance classes, tennis, horseback riding, and an art display. It’s always a blast to see what all the other campers have been up to and watch how far their skills have come.
